There’s something magical about spending time in an artist’s creative space—filled with stories and personal connections. My recent morning with Roxy Banks, artist and potter, was a perfect example. Over tea from her handmade mugs, I captured her fascinating process, watching as raw materials transformed into beautifully crafted ceramics. Each piece reflects her dedication and artistry, embodying hours spent refining her craft. The experience was a reminder of the importance of celebrating not only the finished works but the journey behind them.
